ARTIST SPOTLIGHT:

Holland Warne

a self-taught artist who creates portraits and landscape paintings using traditional wood canvases, drawing inspiration from music, film, and elements of the natural world. Her collection of work ranges in mediums such as oil, acrylic, and colored pencil.

BUILDING NEWS:

The 3rd floor renovation is complete  

Now home to 19 unique studios for artists and creative entrepreneurs. The “open air” design features interior ¾ studio walls, allowing light and air to dissipate throughout the whole floor. Complete with a lounge area perfect for meetings with clients. All studios are currently rented, but you can join the waiting list.
