Think of it like an artist residency...
that is for a finite period of time you enter
an environment intended to facilitate your
creative development.

Basic things to know:

  • Artist Live/Work units are specifically for working artists and or creative entrepreneurs.

  • Utilities and Basic WIFI are included with rent.

  • Lease term is one year then becomes month to month with a 5-year cap.

  • For artist/non artist roommates, primary residency and lease is under the artist and if for some reason the artist leaves the studio, the non-artist will have till the end of the following month to move out as well.

  • 30 Total Live/Work Studio Apartments

  • 12 Individual Shared Kitchens (each studio has its own personal 17 cubic foot refrigerator)

  • 12 Individual Shared Private Bathrooms (bed and breakfast style)

  • 4,800SF of Shared Work/Hang Out Space

  • 2 Laundry Rooms w/Utility Sinks and Lounge

  • 2 Open Balconies

  • It is recommended you attach a resume to the application showing what you do and your seriousness as an artist or creative entrepreneur.
